Re: Alternative to safes?

The most portable/low impact solution that I've found is a pair of handcuffs.
I've passed 4 pistol trigger guards through one hand cuff and locked them together then attached the other handcuff to a water pipe or car seat frame.

Re: P-64's increasing in " Value " ?

Mine increases in value to me every time I fire it. I paid $179.00 for a very nicely finished hunk of steel. Before the first bullet traveled down the barrel I didn't even know if it would fire and I had zero confidence in it. In ZERO confidence I mean that it was an unknown. Would the slide bite me...

Gripping Tale

I found a great deal at a local gun store on 9mm Makarov ammo so I picked up a couple of boxes. It was Russian made steel case ammo and I got it for $12.00 for 50 rounds....very nice. Makarov 81818.jpg After a few shots I learned that at 10 yrds I needed to hold at about 1 o'clock to drop my shots i...

Re: Flash Sale Casuality

Mine looks identical to yours. I would say unissued, and possibly hardly fired if at all. The safety even feels like it hasn't been broken in yet. I don't see really any wear on the bolt face or feed ramp. Magazine looks mint. I see maybe a slight (and I mean I am looking really hard) bluing smudge...

Very cool.
The condition of my P-64 leads me to believe it was unissued.
How about the condition of yours?

I like this pistol

It's a keeper.
It's sleek and beautiful.
It disappears in my pocket in a DeSantis G2 pocket holster.

Range Day

I took my P-64 out to my buddy's ranch this morning. I wanted to get out there before the heat of the day. I understand that things like felt recoil and trigger pull depend on a lot of factors. Many of these factors are personal. How does that translate to me personally? Hard to tell without throwin...
