If the safety is off and a round is in the chamber, a violent shock could possibly, though very improbably, cause a round to fire. If you were careless enough to have a negligent discharge that way, you would probably have already found an easier and more likely way to inadvertently shoot someone. T...

I've only owned mine for a few months, so I don't pretend to be an expert on the P64, but in my limited practice with it I haven't noticed any difficulty with flipping off the safety and cocking the hammer in the act of drawing the weapon before it is aimed on target.
