Safety dropping on while shooting
Mine did this. The problem was the spring that holds the detent. The spring was kinked and not holding properly. It took about five minutes to fix but you need a selection of springs to find the right one. The gunsmith at my local shop fixed it so I don't know exactly which spring he used other than...
