So the problem I found with the safety was that it was so incredibly tight that it was unuseable - you think the trigger was bad - whoa....! So i detail stripped the slide and looked at the spring in and of itself with the plunger - polish ( with a fine ceramic stone(no dremel's please)) - assemble ...

Hi all, New ownew of a 69 - found it at a local GS and has had mods done to it. ...looks like a metal extended mag release, has to have updated springs as it is a pleasure on DA..... 13 LBS or so not horrible....I'm not sensitive to overly excessive trigger pull. ...but it only has one mag.
