I too am wary of carrying any gun in a pocket. Even if you don't accidentally pull a trigger or snag a hammer you might grab another item in the pocket or grasp the firearm AND another item. And plus, carrying IWB puts more cloth between your firearm and the prying eyes of gun Nazis and gun grabbers...
