Re: Old vs New (sporterising)
I found a stripped P-64 that I plan on modernizing. Note, I have a '69 model that will be kept bone stock, but the '73 was missing springs, grips, and firing pin. With the exception of the pins, the other missing parts were items I planed on customizing. I'd even like to re-finish it and engrave the...

Re: Barsony IWB holster
I just got one off this recommendation. I figured for $15, it was worth a chance. Newbie CCW holder here, but I loved it. Just ordered a LH model for small of the back carry.
Oh, it fits the P-83 as well.

Which model / size of the Hogue fits?
I just had to return a Hogue for my Glock, dang thing ripped while trying to put it on. Followed the instructions to a T.

Re: Spare parts storage
I read that discussion, but with only 3 posts it wasn't very informative. I'm more interested in how you keep and store parts. What sort of containers, oil, etc does everyone use?

Spare parts storage
Greetings all, I have both a P-64 and a P-82. I'm currently upgrading, replacing worn-out parts, and general customizing. I have a two-part query for the forum: 1. How do you store spare parts? A big grab bag? organized fishing-lure type box? Pictures (for bragging rights) would be appreciated. 2. A...

Re: Slide stuck all the way back
Would I be correct in assuming the recoil spring might be worn out? I have a new one from Wolff arriving any day now.

Re: Slide stuck all the way back
Solved!
The slide stop lever (part 22 on the diagram/parts list on the forum) was blocking the slide from returning.
What should I do to prevent this from happening again?

Re: Slide stuck all the way back
Hi guys, I only had 3 rounds in the magazine the first time I shot it. There are no unfired rounds or brass in it. I did remove the magazine. I also had several range officers look at it, and they were stumped. The peculiar thing is that there is absolutely no play on the slide, it is jammed tight! ...

Slide stuck all the way back
Greetings all,
I took my new-to-me p-64 out to the range today after having two gunsmiths check it out (both said it was in great condition). After two rounds of Hornady Custom through it, the slide is now jammed/stuck solid all the way back. Any ideas as to why, or how to fix it?

Re: WELCOME THREAD AND MEM, INFO
Greetings all, New member here. I came across the board while researching Polish pistols to collect. My first 9mm mak was a P-83, the "Eagle" edition I picked up for $250. It had some wear, as if someone used it for a carry pistol. The second is a P-64 I got last week, minted in '69. It is...
