Re: waiting for P64
The one I just received from Classic while ok is not nearly as nice as the one I bought a year or so ago. The importer just electro penciled the hell out of the side of the slide.

Re: Look what followed me home today!
I would like to find a PD as well. I am also looking for a m93 9mm in Starvel to go with my m45. I know where there is a really nice m40 but that caliber does not interest me.

Looking to sell one of three...which one?
I need to thin the herd, but having trouble deciding which one. It's either a Bulgy Mak, FEG PA-63, or the P-64. I like them all but pretty sure I'm keeping the Radom so its really between the pa-63 and the mak. Bad part is I have wolff springs in the pa-63 along with some nice wood grips so I ended...

Re: Range report and evaluation
Awesome range report. I am happy to say it echoes my experience also. I have been trying to decide which pistols to keep two of three, Bulgy Mak, FEG PA-63, or the P-64. I put #22 & 18 springs in the P-64 and I think its a little sweetheart.

Look what followed me home today!
Picked up a LNIB Star M45 Firestar. Gave $300 for it which is probably a bit much, but man I sure like it. Now to order a extra firing pin from sarco. Anyone know where to get mags?

Re: My PA-63 and recoil, am I weird?
Yeah I guess it boils down to perception. I find both my P-64 and the PA-63 to be quite pleasent to shoot with very little flip. I am totally amazed by the accuracy and can't figure out why I had never really tried them before. I picked up a Star M45 Firestar today that I am looking forward to shoot...

My 1969
Here is my 1969. It was a little rough when bought, but a good paint of the slide and a set of Wolff springs and she is a real sweetheart.

My PA-63 and recoil, am I weird?
I guess I should have shot my PA-63 with the stock springs first so I would have something to compare to, but really all the talk of bad recoil? I find both my PA-63 and my P-64 to be mild at best and have no trouble with slide bite, sore web, or any of the usual complaints. Maybe it comes from usua...

Re: WELCOME THREAD AND MEM, INFO
Hey all my name is Tony and I am a mak junky.....hehe. Anyway new to the forum but have been lurking here for awhile. Caught the makarov bug some time back, but as usual I am late to the game. I know...the p-64 is NOT a makarov, but I sure like it. I have a nice 1969 that was a little rough, but aft...
