Re: Pocket carry of P-64?

Have worn the Daltech Force PP2 in my front right pocket in both dress clothes and jeans for a while now; carries well and does not print. The only problem I found was that the gun fit very loose in the holster until I added some stitches to tighten up the fit. While carrying the gun after a very sh...

Re: Altered Holster

To Curly 1,

Thanks for the info regarding loading photos. My problem was that the photos were too large in size to be loaded. After checking around I found that Windows Paint has a great application that will resize any photo and then will load without any problems. Thanks again.

Altered Holster

Recently purchased a Daltech Force PP2 pocket holster for my P64. After wearing it for a week I noted that the gun fit the holster in a rather sloppy manner. This holster is designed for the Walther PPK among others of approximately the same size so I figured that the P64 would fit pretty good. Afte...

Safety Lever

Recently watched a You Tube video on how to disassemble the slide. Looked simple enough so I decided to disassemble mine since my safety lever was a bit stiff going from safe to fire position. When I got the lever off and checked, I found noting unusual or broken from what I could see and determine....

Re: Recoil spring replacement

Thanks to Hypnotoad, Curly 1 and PA-Joe for your inputs. At this point I am still a bit confused about replacing the recoil spring. Aside from the wear issue, does replacing the recoil spring in some way reduce the recoil or do you just need to have a firm grip? I have yet to fire the pistol so I im...

Recoil spring replacement

Recently purchased a P64 with a manufacture date of 1974. After reading about the really tough DA trigger pull I decided to order a new hammer spring (#17) in order to lighten the trigger pull in DA. In reading the forums I noted that it has been advised to also change the recoil spring so as to min...
