I tried shooting mine DA yesterday

It felt like trying to lift a boulder with a plastic spoon. Stuff was moving but it wasn't going anywhere soon. Eventually I gave up. I have only had one guy so far that was able to shoot it DA. Definetly gonna do something about that DA trigger before long

That's the nice things about the commie guns, they all run well with steel cased commie ammo

My buddies in the XD forum have been hating CD for some time now ... but I still carry it. It feeds much more reliably in guns that don't like HPs and I never had any malfuntions.

Has anybody tried a grip sleeve like from Hogue on a P64? Does it help?

I realized I never said if I had one myself! :oops: I have an Inter Ordnance AK 47 I bought about 3 years ago when they still sold brand new for 430$. It's an all US made AK and rumors to the contrary it works great and is noticeably of higher quality. And a AMD 65 SOLD by Century but BUILT by TNG. ...

Actually I am mostly looking for a CCW holster for the CZ82, the P64 fits in a pocket holster that I already own. Yeah, I thought you were looking for a P-64 CCW holster as the thread name reads "new owner of a P64". Maybe start a new thread in the "Other 9x19's" and you'll get ...

Sorry I misunderstood that you were looking for an IWB holster for a CZ-82. You can search eBay for CZ 82 IWB and some results will come up. You should be able to come up with a decent IWB holster for a decent price. Actually it's for OWB but no harm done, I did see something that looked pretty goo...

It occured to me that these old commie guns were all designed to be shot wearing gloves (cold, those commie countries are). So I tried shooting the P64 yesterday with an old winter glove on and it worked like a charm. Problem solved!

Do you guys think a grip sleeve would help with the recoil? Has anybody seen a nice OWB concealment holster for a CZ82 or P64?
