Pretty neat guns - they went for about $120 when they were imported by Century in the late '90s. They work well, I understand. $300 would certainly be beyond my interest level for this gun.

Bear in mind that there's just a fraction of a percent of Ti in the R61 and later guns' aluminum frames. If it were me, I'd shoot it on the sparing side and use some of the rounds that have been documented to be on the wimpier side: the new Fiocchi 9x18Mak or the old Norinco green box stuff. They're...

They are the same but for the bore. I'd note that some of the later SMC 380s were brought in with a steel frame, not the earlier anodized aluminum frame.
