I tested the Silver Bear HP's with a magnet and it did not stick.

Silver Bear HP's (which if you look up ballistic testing on you tube for it, they function ballistically the same as a FMJ) have no steel. You could use them, and they're currently about the same price as the FMJ.

Hi. I live in Phoenix, AZ. I live in the ghetto, and I needed a small pistol for everyday carry. I got a P-64 a few weeks ago at a gun show. It has a new recoil spring and a lighter mainspring, so shooting it isn't bad. Recoil is about the same as my full-size .40 S&W. About me, I'm 32 years old...

Hi. I'm new to the forum, got a P-64 a couple of weeks ago. It's my primary carry gun, always carried one-in-the-pipe. Some have said (on another thread) that this is a bad idea. Why?
