Re: 99% of the time the reason these guns don't work

My buddy cleaned his 10/22 with spray brake parts cleaner. Everywhere the metal touched wood the finish was removed from the stock. No Carb cleaner people!

Re: Police trade in P-220

The one I fired must have been worn out. It was badly inaccurate and the recoil and muzzle jump compared badly with an aluminum frame 1911.

Re: PA-63 9mm Short AP9?

Only thing I don't love about my pa63 is the small extractor but it appears to work. I can put every shot on a six inch plate at 100ft. Really!

I believe allowing guns in from economically depressed countries is a form of stealth foreign aid. Romania, Poland, Turkey etc. Rewards "friends".

A set of 17/22 lb. Springs from Wolff are totally necessary! And a Hogue Handball Jr. too!

Re: Recoil reducing wood grips for 1974 p64

You have of course replaced the recoil spring with a 22lb. and the hammer spring with 17lb. from Wolff Springs plus Hogue Handall Jr. Right?

Re: Is my P64 operating correctly?

Don't I repeat DON'T. rack the slide and let it fall unimpeded on an empty chamber! Extractor damages barrel. There was thread about barrel damage in the past. Mine came with said damage. I figured out where it came from upon inspection.

Re: who here has an AK?

I own a Draco 12.5 barrel Romanian I bought when the getting was good then railed, gripped, flash hindered plus extra power return spring. Next also when getting was good 329+ an AMD 65. It looks like a kicker but you would be wrong. All aks REQUIRE rails for lite plus laser. Stocked AK can really u...
