Does your trigger bar still have the hook on the rear end that engages the sear / cocking piece?

I would do the polishing by hand because of the need to make sure you remove as little metal as absolutely possible.

Nice work. I recently bought the .32 ACP version and I like it quite a bit. Funny thing is the frame on it is anodized green. :shock: Had a PA-63 before but foolishly sold it to buy, of all things my P-64.

I would buy the parts you can get as soon as you can, they tend to dissapear quickly. I personally would go for the new part because of the scarcity of them.

Numrich currently has P-64 parts in stock and has a hammer in stock listed at $35.00
Numrich has quite a few different spare parts.

Try pulling off the grips, putting a VERY SMALL amount of grease on the trigger bar, put the grips back on and try running the trigger once or twice, then pulling off the grips and checking the inside to see if any grease got transferred to the grips which would indicate contact b...
