I just spoke with the guy who runs Centerfire. I was going to order one of these specials with my C and R. He said that I could not do so because the pistols were not complete. I seem to recall reading that somewhere else. What a dumb thing.
I got excited for nothing.

Re: AS SEEN ON TV!
I have a can of the stuff that I bought in the mall yesterday. I just have to find a few minutes when the kids aren't around so I can play.

AS SEEN ON TV!
I have been seeing an infomercial for a product called Flex Seal. If you haven't seen it, it is a spray on rubber to seal leaks and such. The thought occured to me that I might be able to coat my P64 grips with the stuff to take a little bite out of the recoil of my P64. I might try this in the next...

Which hammer?
I am considering buying another p64. One with a "triangular" hammer. For those that have both, which hammer is easier to manually cock? I would install the wolf springs in it like I did my first P64.

Re: Versa Carry
My household has gotten a little crazy with the Thanksgiving weekend ahead of us. Once that is over I will take some pics and post them.

Re: Versa Carry
It's pretty simple to "reholster". You just pull the versa carry clip out from your belt and then clip it back into yothe pistol and put back in the belt. Easier done than said.

Re: Versa Carry
Okay! My Versa carry holster arrived today! In the past, I have never been comfortable with IWB carry. I have tried several IWB holsters and always they have been uncomfortble. :? I was skeptical about this Versawhatchamacallit. Until I tried it! First impression? I love it! I found it very comforta...

Re: Versa Carry
In the order section, they actually ask for the model of the gun, so they can match it up as best as they can, in case I ordered the wrong thing.

Re: Versa Carry
I am kind of wary of the concept as well, but I thought I would keep an open mind about it and try it out. If nothing else I'll have another "Holster" (if you can call it that) to add to my collection. I am always looking for the perfect way to carry.
I'll let you know the results.

Versa Carry
https://www.versacarry.com/ This holster is a new design (at least to me). I will be placing an order for one tonight to try it out. It looks like it might be a good way to carry the P64. If anybody has experience with it, please post a comment here.

Thanks Junius for fixing that pic. I saw the link didn't work when I posted it, but didn't have a chance to get back and fix it.

This holster, I dug out of my Holster box. It is a Don Hume holster made for a Star Firestar (mm I used to own many years ago. It seems to fit very well and My P64 rides very comfortably in it.

Re: New site Member...
Well, I took it apart and it looked dry as a bone. very little if any oil or cosmoline. I first tried the 17 pound spring and it seemed scary light. Didn't seem that the hammer would have enoough force to set off primers reliably. I did not test it, but, that was my opinion from what I saw. I then w...
