I'd like to hear your opinion after you've worn it a while.
Looks well made.

Re: WELCOME THREAD AND MEM, INFO
I appreciate the welcome, jumiustaylor.
Quite sure you are right...it's out there somewhere. I just need to take the time to search. Once I get the bullet mould I'll be more motivated to get on it.

Re: My First P-64!!
I ordered my first from AIM.
Second and third from Wandering Traders, which I found on Gunbroker.
I'm not sure who still has them. They became C&R eligable in Aug and dried up fast.
My plan is to keep checking all the C&R dealers and Gunbroker.
They are a great pistol.

Re: WELCOME THREAD AND MEM, INFO
GR: Thanks for the input. I do reload now (17 calibers), but not for the 9X18...YET. Just got the dies in. Got the primers and powder. Need brass and a bullet mould (yup...I have lead too...like 250lbs). I may cut down some 9MM Para as per your suggestion. Thanks for the input. If you have any more ...

Re: WELCOME THREAD AND MEM, INFO
Welcome GSwiss. Congrats on the purchawe of a P-64. I love 'em! As for ammo...don't leave out the Sportsman's Guide. They have fair prices on the ammo. Some of it at about .18/round. Cheaper than Dirt may have some too. I'm a fan of MidwayUSA myself (in fact I order from them every month) but others...

Re: Oh where oh where can I find a slide?
I looked around and could not find any sites that sold P64 slides.
Don't know what to tell ya...my pistols came with the slides attached.

Re: My First P-64!!
I know what you mean, Gent. Love this pistol! Been packing mine also. And shooting it. Aside from the DA trigger pull I have no complaints, and even that is not a huge deal with me. I did paint the front sight though. Had a hard time seeing it. I may checker the rear sight also. It has a horrible gl...

Re: My First P-64!!
Thanks for the welcome wyo-man.
I'm sure I'll have questions as I delve deeper in to the pistols. All I've done so far is clean, shoot, clean, shoot, clean...well, you get the idea.
I have two more showing up in the little brown truck of happiness on Tuesday.

Re: My First P-64!!
Gent: I know what you mean. I ordered one out of curiosity and when it showed up I was pleased with it's condition. I took it to the range, fired it, then went home and ordered two more! Needless to say, I like this pistol. Yes, the DA trigger is no good. Sounds like most folks put in an aftermarket...

Try Wandering Traders in IL.

If they don't have them then I don't know who would. AIM did have some, but they are out.

Re: WELCOME THREAD AND MEM, INFO
Hello all: New member and new owner of a P-64...and just ordered two more today. I have two wonderful kids (son-19, daughter-17) who will graduate high school this year. They have been my shooting/hunting/hiking/camping/fishing partners all of their lives. Both will be joining the service. Son to th...
