The thickness of the grip varies . At the top of the grip it is as thin as 0.1425 and in the center near the screw it is as thick as 0.3125 . I have put coins into grips before but they were 1911 grips . It is tougher in a grip like this because it is a 2 piece mold. This makes it allot more difficu...

Hi . This is an art form known as Steampunk . It is a mechanical art form using mechanical or machined parts to create art. In this case I used watch parts and encapsulated them into the grips. Comments are always welcome.

I can make them in Pearl black , Pearl Blue , Pearl Green ,Pearl Pink, Pearl Purple,Pearl Burgundy,Pearl Gold And Pearl White . I have Pearl Black ,Pink ,Blue ,Gold And White done now. Thanks Ryan. I make grips , I am not fond of checkered grips For carry use so I decided to make a set of smooth grips for it. This set is a black pearl. I am now making a set of Pink for my wife.
