Which part of the P64 is "the firearm"?

Also, I would love to see a blow up diagram of the P64, but can't seem to find one on this site or elsewhere. Any leads?

A tech question, if you will. :idea: I was thinking about simple blowback operation, and how most everybody here has switched their recoil springs to something heavier. Blowback is Newton's 3rd Law in beautiful action. Putting a heavier spring on your gun means more energy can be expended on pushing...

Hey, new to the forum, don't own a p64 yet, but due to this site I am likely to in a few weeks.

I have no beef with heel mag catches, but I was curious... since the P64 is close in design to a Walther PPK, has anybody ever fitted a PPK mag release to a P64?
