Re: Parts
Being new here I'm sure these other guys know even better than I do, but being a "let's fix it up a little" kinda guy, I've searched quite a bit and have found nothing for parts.

Re: p-64 trigger will not reset
Sounds like your trigger return spring may not be installed properly. Give it a good cleaning and look at that spring. This manual assumes you have taken the whole gun apart. http://p64resource.com/board/P64_%20Assembly_Manual.pdf Start at page 47 and go to 53. If you need better pictures, just ask...

Re: Few questions...new to this
I picked up a Don Hume JIT holster for a PPK at the local gun show a couple of weeks ago and it fits great. Pretty tight but I assume it's supposed to be. I wear it on a Wilderness Tactical belt so it's not going anywhere. I ordered this Galco as well but it's not even close, it fits my .25 pretty w...

Re: Best solvent/cleaner for bore?
I would advise against it. The chrome lined barrel does not need anything ammonia based or that strong. In it's day when we used lead only bullets, Hoppes was great for cleaning lead deposits out of steel bores. Most modern ammunition is now jacketed so there is just about zero lead build up. Facto...

Re: 9x18 Power
This makes me wonder which half you are placing yourself in. Just saying, since you have chosen to be so judgmental and all. I have found the subscribers and operators of this board to be way above average in firearms knowledge. That is the reason I come here to get knowledge from them. I guess my ...

How did you find us?
I picked "Other website" but I honestly have no idea, I was searching P-64 info and kept ending up here so I figured this was the place. Glad I found it.
A big Thank you and "Well done" to those in charge.

WELCOME THREAD AND MEM, INFO
Hi all, this is really a great site. I was perfectly happy just lurking and soaking up all the free info till I found out that there are certain areas that are not accessible until you post a few times. I was raised in northern Maine, now I'm just outside of Abilene Texas. At 50 years old I don't re...
