Recoil spring install question
Used a buddy's bench grinder and it fit like a charm. Also, received 300 rounds of Silver Bear 9x18 ammo today too. Now it's off to the range.

Recoil spring install question
Received my 22 pound recoil spring attachment today from Wolff springs. I am having a heck of a time getting the slide back on when attempting to install it. Is this common? Any suggestions?

Thumb safety issue

Thumb safety issue
Took delivery of my 1969 P-64 today. Boiled it to remove the cosomoline and it worked like a charm, however, now that I'm attempting to put it back together the thumb safety is stuck and I can't take it off safety. Does it need to be lubed? Any ideas?
