Wil you still carry Safty off with one in the chamber?
Hey guys sorry it's been awhile.... I was very shocked to come back and see that there has been a AD that had resulted in a injury. Let me start off by saying, I'm very sorry this happened to you and you will be in my prayers. I truly hope this poll doesn't come off as being insensitive. I wondering...

I don't see why not.rcwilsonnc wrote:I am right handed and want to order some grips for a PA63 with a thumbrest. The thumbrest would be on the "left" grip of the set. So if I order the grips from Dennis' page "w/RH thumbrest" would I get what I need?

Re: Marschal Grips

I ordered them 2 months ago and yesturday they finally arrived. His grips are well worth the wait. My grips just arrived. I may need to sand one side d...

Re: Buffalo Bore 9X18 Coming Soon
Well, loading up a 115 gr 9x18 in a P64 is a very bad idea - it doesn't matter how often you shoot it, it may only take once to make a fancy paper weight. For obvious reasons, it's recommended to use standard pressure ammo in pistols that were designed around it. Modern firearms can handle elevated...

Re: 9x18 jhp vs. fmj
For some reason I keep thinking about the "punch in the face" comment... The human body also is not tolerant to being punched in the face, and with the proper punch it can be just as effective as a .45 but I think I would rather stick with my handgun. I am glad you enjoyed that, i f...

Re: 9x18 jhp vs. fmj
Me again with another poll... I have been thinking a lot about what ammo to carry for SD, as of right now I have been using a combination of silver bear JHP & FMJ. The first round in the chamber is a JHP the rest is FMJ, I guess the theory behind this first shot knock the BG down and the rest f...

Re: OC vs. CC How do you carry?
I've lived in a large urban area since the early 60s. In that time I can't recall ever seeing a non-LEO open carrying a gun. If you OC in a store or a restaurant they'll probably ask you to leave. They might even call the cops. Sad but true. Life in the city. Salt Lake City may not be the biggest c...

Re: OC vs. CC How do you carry?
I didn't vote due to only one vote , however, I always carry and both CC and OC depending on situation, I would have voted "Both". I actually meant to put both as a option, not sure what I was thinking  .... I also carry both depending on what im doing... From now on "other&quo...
