CZ 82 grips
There's a guy named Paul at <www.designergrips.com> who makes grips using carbon fiber. They look really good and mimic the original grips. They cost $30.00. The pair I bought cracked. I've epoxied teh cracks using T-88 epoxy, so that may make them stronger in the future. However, CZ 83 factory grip...

sights for CZ 82
For the rear sight, I took a 1/64th inch leather punch and made dots out of reflective tape. I had to carefully separate the tape from the backing to install the tape onto each sight area. Then I coated the dots with nail polish, cleaned off the excess and it worked well. The overall effect was that...

Marschal CZ82 Wood Grip caution
I just got a pair of grips from Dennis made of Bubinga. They look gorgeous. Before shooting the gun with them installed, I will be coating the inside of the grips with T-111 epoxy. It cleans up easily with vinegar, but once it's dry it's very strong.

CZ 82 Recoil spring change
I swapped out the original for a Wolff 18 lb. recoil spring.
It still throws empty cases about 15 feet, but the recoil is definitely tamer.

sights for CZ 82
HIVIZ has a front site (light pipe) that fits the CZ 82.
You just need to put the sight in the slot, use a 1/64th drill bit to make a groove in the bottom of the sight (I used a drill press), and re-install the roll pin.

Though I never received an email response or a phone response to my inquiries, I did receive the grips for the CZ82 from Grips4u.net and they are very nice...oiled walnut...they look good and they smell good.

CZ 82 grips
I'm thinking that a coat of T-88 structural epoxy on the inside of each grip might be the way to overcome the cracking. I tried this product on a different project repair that really helped strengthen a part that had previously cracked under pressure. For me, it's worth a try.

CZ 82 grips
Check out <www.Grips4u.com> A guy by the name of Pete Foldyna seems to be making grips for many models. I just ordered a pair for a newly acquired CZ 82. Hope this helps.
