Range report...disaster with a capital D
Good news! No problems at all getting the return authorization from JG. The JG rep (Andrew I think) was very helpful and assured me that the one they send out as a replacement would be an even nicer one if possible. All in all, excellent customer service from JG Sales, they have made everything righ...

Range report...disaster with a capital D
Thanks for all the "condolences"! I was using 94gr Brown Bear, and I think the ammo functioned properly...no overly loud explosions. When all was said and done there was a round in the chamber ready to go. Somehow it managed to at least start cycling the next round in. When I cleaned the p...

Range report...disaster with a capital D
I did find what appears to be the trigger guard pin, but it was sheared in half. I don't think it fell out, but rather was blown out by the force of the destruction.
I will get some pictures taken this weekend for sure before I (hopefully) send it back to JG.

Range report...disaster with a capital D
I got my P64 a few weeks ago from JG....1969 looked to have been shot a lot but still nice. The ammo finally showed up from JG earlier this week, so off to the range today! The first box of 50 went smoothly, reasonably accurate as I was getting used to the gun. Three magazines before the malfunction...

Any BP shooters here?
Lyman Great Plains rifle here...50 cal with the 1 in 66" barrel. The barrel limits me to patched ball rounds if I want accuracy, but I still shoot some conical bullets through it occasionally. I cast my own. It is great fun to shoot and surprisingly accurate, but I get a lot of dirty looks and ...

Ordered one today...its here!
My P-64 arrived today from JG...only took a few days to get to my FFL, not the 7-10 they said to expect. It is a 1969 round hammer, flat grips, and although it is in what I would call VG shape, it has seen some heavy use. There is only about 50% blue left on the barrel. The slide has wear down the l...

Ordered one today...its here!
Hi all, Ordered my first P-64 today...I'm a big fan of Eastern Bloc style weapons. I have a M44, a Yugo SKS, and a CZ-52 so the P-64 will fit right in nicely. JG Sales says 7-10 days to ship, so I have a small wait. I went ahead and ordered the replacement springs from them while I was at it, after ...
