In Washington State, everyone goes through NICS. My carry permit exempts me from the waiting period, but that's all.

The folks at J&G carefully wrapped my P-64's in old newspaper and stuffed them in a plain cardboard box.

Which Hammer Spring are you running?
I put an 18-lb Wolff hammer spring in both my P-64's. Made a great difference in the DA pull. And so far, there have been no light strikes.

magazine base repair/replace?
I sawed the finger rests off of my magazines. They don't serve any useful purpose for me, and they stick out a long ways, which makes it just that much more difficult to conceal the gun.

I got a Galco PH204 pocket holster. It is for the Walther PPK, but fits the P-64 perfectly.
