Re: P-64 grips and spring changes
I shot the pistol on Saturday and what a joy with the Polishiron grips and the reduced weight hammer spring. Single pull is a bit light but at present I am not using this pistol for concealed carry. May change to a heavier hammer spring if that changes. No issues whatsoever although I think I will c...

Re: P-64 grips and spring changes
When I ordered the recoil spring from Wolff I bought two - one the 'standard' and the other the extra weight spring. It will be interesting.

P-64 grips and spring changes
Just changed out to Polishiron grips and extend magazine release, a Wolff 18 lb. hammer spring, and a new Wolff factory standard recoil spring. I did not install the firing pin spring that came with the recoil spring - yet. Should I do that?
Just curious what you folks do in this regard.

New P64 and new to forum
Had one several years ago and foolishly sold to a friend. Just took delivery of one of Classic's. I really like the placement of the import mark. I am pretty sure I will get one of the Wolfe spring kits for this one although the double action does not seem as heavy as on the first pistol I had. Greg

parts source
I spoke with Ryan Patrick of TG International and he told me they are out of P64s and parts. Numerich does not list the P64 but I have not yet spoken with anyone there. Any other sources for parts?
Thanks

drooping decocker
Thanks for the info - I know that I need to strip it down and give it a good cleaning anyway, although it has fed everything I have put into it without a bobble.

drooping decocker
On occassion, the decocker will drop under recoil - just enough so it will not fire. A flick of the finger takes care of the problem but I suspect that there is a spring that is weak/broken. Is there a good general source for parts and for a schematic?
Thanks
